This enclosure is designed to ensure the safe operation of the laser while effectively venting smoke away through a 4” duct. It supports the use of the honeycomb bed and allows for easy removal of the laser for maintenance or external use. The side panels can be lifted to accommodate longer items while maintaining proper air extraction. Additionally, the honeycomb bed (sold separately) can be removed to make space for the optional rotary device, enabling its use within the enclosure. If you need more clearance, you can install the riser legs that came with your laser (xTool D1). Plans include cut list, supplies list, optional supplies list, step by step visuals along with reference photos of the build.
